My work accompanies a piece of text that emphasises making deliberate time to reflect on important thoughts, as opposed to assuming they will come naturally. It highlights how our minds are cluttered with distractions, preventing deeper reflection. By setting aside time, akin to meditation, we can better understand our anxieties and emotions, reframe negative experiences, and reduce mental burdens.
